I am a dedicated IT Support Specialist and Network Security Engineer with hands-on experience in technical support, infrastructure troubleshooting, and network security operations. With a solid educational background in networks and telecommunications, I bring both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to help organizations maintain secure and efficient IT environments.
I have worked in a professional support role where I provided Level 1 and Level 2 assistance to users, helping resolve incidents related to network connectivity, Wi-Fi access, VPN configuration, and web filtering. My work involved managing support tickets, communicating effectively with end-users, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure quick and accurate resolutions. I was also involved in updating and maintaining network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and firewall configurations.
In addition, I completed an end-of-study internship at a Security Operations Center (SOC), where I deployed and configured Elastic Stack (SIEM) for real-time monitoring and analysis of security events. I developed strong skills in event correlation, threat detection, and incident investigation across Windows, Linux, and network devices.
I’ve also conducted technical projects involving Active Directory security, pfSense firewalls, Sysmon, CrowdSec, and other security tools. These experiences have reinforced my ability to troubleshoot IT environments, respond to threats, and support users in a fast-paced setting.
