As an HR/Admin wizard, I have been exposed to the following industries: Travel & Tours, Ship Chandelier (Singapore), Employment Agency(Singapore), Wholesale Trading (Singapore), and Manufacturing sector. For all these experiences I bring with me expertise in organizational management including but not limited to the following aspects: Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement & Motivation, HR Policies and Contracts, and Compensation & Benefits. Not to mention the System Audit that I perform in the company to have checks and balances in all aspects of the organization. And I also do a little bit of bookkeeping on the side specifically on the Travel & Tours company that I worked previously.
