I have worked for the contact center industry for the past 9 years from Customer Service, Sales, Appointment Setting and Lead Generation,Virtual Assistance, Marketing as well as non-voice campaigns such as chat and email support. Having said that, I can work with different kinds of people. Also, I was able to developed my skills to a level where I am confident that I can do the tasks required on the said position.
