I've been working in a call center industry for 4 years and running .Handled technical support and customer care service .Also did email and chat support. From agent and was promoted to a refund officer then subject matter expert then a team lead role ..Handling 24 people in a team .Doing series business review with clients and creating powerpoint presentation reporting team stats or performance .Also I'm conducting an final interview for aspiring applicants for several accounts in our company .
I don't have any issue in terms of attendance always motivated to work .I always start my prayer before starting my day .
