Farhad Ahi

I am a civil engineer with about seven years work experiences. I was able to gain technical knowledge of new topics in civil engineering and construction management through a master’s degree at the Vienna University of Technology. I bring valuable experiences and knowledge that I could put together practically through working as structural designer, construction engineer, site supervisor and site manager. It is my wish that my experiences and skills as an engineer can be shared with my team in order to work together creatively on new projects with their challenges.

-         Cost estimate, cost calculation and cost monitoring in construction projects

-         Preparing time schedule for construction projects, controlling the processes and proceed of work packages   

-         Preparing and controlling partial statement and final settlement of projects

-         Preparation and controlling construction contracts based on international FIDIC contracts

-         Preparation documents for tender

-         Modeling, calculation and analysis of steel and concrete constructions

-         Modeling and analysis of existing buildings and producing a renovation concept
