Ensure HR and Administration activities are in line with the company goals and

Duties & Responsibilities :-
Invoice are checked and matched with the approved PO and receiving report before
posting to the oracle.
If the invoice is for a service or goods not received via the hotel received area, the
invoice passed to an appropriate department for approval
Suppliers are paid as per term days.
All payment is approved by GM.
Review batch controls or invoice register report to ensure accuracy and existence of
all posting to the same suppliers.
Purchase order checked for the serial no and calculation.
Cancel any cheques older than six Months and signed by the controller.
Renewal of rentals and maintenance contracts are done on time.
