Farai Clement Tom

Having graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, I have spent the past 12

years honing my expertise in the construction industry. I have managed project budgets,

conducted cost planning and analysis, and prepared reports to ensure financial efficiency and

effectiveness on multiple large-scale projects. I have been successful in controlling costs,

minimizing risks, and maximizing profit margins while maintaining the quality of the project

outcomes.

My experience has also equipped me with strong communication, negotiation, and team

collaboration skills, enabling me to deliver optimal financial performance in line with project

objectives. In my previous role as a Quantity Surveyor with private and public sector in

Zimbabwe, I have liaised with clients, contractors, and suppliers to negotiate favourable

agreements, resolve disputes, and manage project cash flows.
