I have dedicated my career to community building, fostering equity and justice, and driving systemic, organization and personal change. With 30+ years of experience in human rights advocacy, training and leadership, I continue to champion justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) across multiple sectors to resolve structural problems and foster economic development, cultural understanding, innovation and belonging.
