I am a Virtual Assistant trained by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) under the program of DigitalJobsPH.
The acquired skills of virtual assistants help their employers with daily administrative tasks and schedules. Instead of going into the office every day, complete their responsibilities remotely at home or in another location of their choice with internet access. They communicate with their employer on multiple channels, such as email, video messaging, instant messaging, and phone calls, you also organize your employer’s files, answer emails, and arrange meetings. A virtual assistant must be able to manage expense reports, orders, and confidential financial information. You may also help create presentation materials or book flight and hotel reservations.
As virtual assistant, we made things easier for you. The training that I had imparted was never been easy. We just made sure that we are all well-trained and skilled before we go out in the field of freelancers.
Aside from being Virtual Assistant, I am also a bachelor’s degree holder with an English specialization. I graduated at Capiz State University and I was a Pre-service teacher in Maayon National High School.
In life, learning has no ending. It does not have the requirement nor the age limit as long as you take it as challenge, you will reach the true meaning of success.
