Faizan Akram

I am a motivated and detail-oriented legal professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Sargodha. I have nearly three years of combined experience as an Advocate & Legal Consultant (Independent Practice), Freelance Legal & Paralegal Services Provider, and Associate at Sufwan Law Associates.

Since January 2023, I have been providing freelance legal and paralegal services to individuals, nonprofits, and businesses. My work includes drafting contracts, complaints, cease-and-desist letters, affidavits, and administrative appeals; conducting jurisdiction-specific legal research; assisting with court filings and correspondence; and ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery.

In my Independent Practice as an Advocate (since June 2023), I represent clients in civil, criminal, and constitutional law matters. I prepare court petitions, affidavits, and notices; manage case files from intake to resolution; provide legal strategy advice; and assist with housing-related matters, including Section 8 documentation and disputes.

Previously, as an Associate at Sufwan Law Associates (Sep 2022 – Sep 2023), I worked with senior attorneys on civil, family, and property law cases. My responsibilities included drafting legal documents, preparing case files, supporting court proceedings, conducting client consultations, and contributing to legal research and case strategies.

I bring strong skills in legal drafting, research, case management, and client advisory, along with a commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and precision. My experience spans both traditional advocacy and remote legal services, making me highly adaptable to diverse legal environments.
