I have successfully worked on two properties scouting Projects where I searched for Short Term Approved Properties for Airbnb Arbitrage, reached out to the property owners while maintaining a spreadsheet containing details such as Property Link, Address, website, City, price, Beds and Additional notes after which I conducted Analysis to identify the Occupancy rate and average daily rates to determine the ROI.

I have also successfully managed a Short term rental stay where I handled guest reservations, communication and general property maintenance by coordinating with the support team onsite to attain maximum guest satisfaction while maintaining our superhost status.
