Throughout my career, I have developed a wide range of skills that allow me to contribute effectively in multiple areas, from managing CRM systems to creating content and handling customer inquiries.

My journey began in customer service, where I learned the importance of clear communication and problem-solving. This foundation helped me transition into roles in administrative support, where I became proficient in managing schedules, maintaining files, and supporting business operations.
