1. Introduction of ANDRONICUSA and Its Purpose
The meeting commenced at 10:05 AM with an opening remark by the President, John Doe. He gave
a brief introduction of ANDRONICUSA, describing it as a group formed by undergraduates to foster
personal and collective growth in various aspects of life, including education, career development,
and leadership skills.
John highlighted the importance of collaboration and mutual support within the group to achieve its
objectives. The primary goal of the organization is to empower members through knowledgesharing, skill development, and community building.
2. Overview of Future Programs and Seminars
Mary Smith, the Vice President, presented an outline of proposed programs and seminars aimed at
achieving the group’s goals. These programs will include:

ensure the smooth operation of ANDRONICUSA. It was decided that each member would
contribute a sum of ₦1,000 monthly.
The collected funds would cover administrative costs, event planning, and logistics for future
programs. An account was to be created to manage the funds transparently.
5. Roles and Responsibilities of Executives and Members
The President, John Doe, detailed the responsibilities of each executive member:
