Hi! My name is Faith Hazel Rosales. I am 29 years old from the Philippines.

I have been working in the BPO Industry for the past 12 years. I have experience in Calls, Chats and Email Handling, Supervising support staff, Preparing Reports and Managing Calendars. I recently enrolled in an Online Academy for Virtual Assistants to acquire more knowledge in the field.

I am reliable and a goal-oriented person. I always make sure to finish my work on time with 100% accuracy. I am resourceful and I always maximize my tools and resources to look for answers before asking questions.
