Being the head of a team of marketing experts, I am responsible for driving revenue by building strong client relationships and overseeing all marketing activities across various channels, including voice, social media, email, banner ads, data profiling, list creation, graphics, and content creation.

During the onboarding process, I identify the customer profile and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly. I lead the team in strategic planning and work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure production meets target deliverables.

Maintaining a 45% retention rate to sustain a healthy pipeline value is a crucial aspect of my job. Apart from renewals, I also generate revenue by acquiring new business through assigned leads and my own prospecting initiatives.

Additionally, I create and revise proposals and contracts based on the customer profile identified during the campaign's pilot run and aligned with the client's specifications discussed during onboarding.
