I worked as a customer service representative for 3 years for a BPO company, mostly on transcription and credit card assistance. I worked as a criminal specialist for a real estate company. My main task was to screen potential and prospective applicants through background investigation. I worked also as a legal assistant for a lawyer who has private practice here in the Philippines. My main tasks were drafting pleadings, deeds and other legal documents. I also represented him as proxy in mediation and conciliation of labor cases that he handled. I also assisted him in his notarial practice, which improved my skills on data management and record keeping.
