Mr. Fahim Reza began his career in 2005 as an Executive in IT and Operations at Robi Axiata Limited.
Notably, he successfully handled the Contact Center Expansion project by Ericsson in 2007. During his
tenure from 2008 to 2012, Mr. Reza completed the Contact Center Upgradations project, encompassing
the implementation of voice logger and Work Force Management application. He also demonstrated his
technical prowess by developing an in-house web portal using HTML and CSS. In 2012, he joined BBC
Media Action, assuming responsibility for the IT offices in Bangladesh and Myanmar. His role involved

for Johns Hopkins University's Center for Communication. Since 2019, Mr. Reza has excelled as a tech
lead for national birth and death registration at PLAN International, specializing in Smart Hospital
management and driving the Covid Action and Multivendor SME Platform for 3600 merchants under a
UNDP project. He adeptly utilized agile methodologies, with tools such as Jira and OneNote, to
ensure the successful completion of these projects. While Mr. Reza has completed Project Management
studies, he did not appear for the exam. Nonetheless, he possesses extensive practical knowledge and
experience in ICT-based projects, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

Since joining the UNDP on November 15th, 2022, Mr. Fahim has undertaken two significant projects. The first project
involved developing a marketplace for women, aiming to empower and support 4,000 SME enterprises. His
responsibilities encompassed system development, social media integration, and digital marketing strategies to enhance
the growth and visibility of these businesses.
In his second project, Mr. Fahim played a crucial role in deploying a micro health system. Starting from system analysis,
he led the development process from scratch, ensuring a comprehensive and constructive flow for the system. His
expertise in system development and analysis was instrumental in creating an efficient and user-friendly micro health
system.
Through his contributions to these projects, Mr. Fahim has demonstrated his commitment to fostering entrepreneurship,
