My journey has taken me through various industries, where I have had the privilege of leading
diverse teams to deliver projects that not only meet but exceed expectations. I have successfully
delivered projects for banking, fintech, healthcare, education, manufacturing and technology
sectors. I try to understand the big picture, so that I can be adaptable, and always look for ways to

successful and clients are satisfied.

deliver product enhancements.

Program Manager
• Delivered $1.1 MM in ARR from the product stream, primarily from US and European
customers. This included upselling and introduction of new projects, alongside renewal
management, to achieve revenue growth within the product line.
• Navigated SaaS implementation complexities, from initial planning to successful product
deployment and ongoing support and maintenance. Helped the organization launch 1 new
product and more than 10 features in the existing product.
• Kept customer satisfaction (NPS score) above 70% for the whole fiscal year across all customers
and products. Successfully retained customers against an internal churn KPI.
• Set up the Project Management Office from scratch. Enabled best practices and industrystandard project execution for all project managers. Led a team of 4 project managers.
• Created BI reports in PowerBI for senior management to provide visibility on resource utilization

Senior Project Manager
• Masterfully navigated 8 projects concurrently, ranging from $50K to $450K and spanning 8 to 18
months. Delivering on budget, on time, and to scope and quality. Proactive risk management
ensured client and internal goals were met, all while fostering strong relationships with diverse
stakeholders.
• I was responsible for all project’s P&L, managed to deliver all projects with at least 40%
profitability. Tracked all project resource and material expenses in MS Project.
• Successfully led the EMV migration project for a prominent Pakistani bank with stringent
regulatory deadline. This resulted in the bank establishing itself as a market leader.
• Helped a Government of Pakistan institute set up EMV card issuance, working on the project
from inception to delivery. Led the delivery effort on behalf of the sponsor managing all
stakeholders to deliver quality within schedule.
• Accountable to internal and client stakeholders for project delivery via traditional waterfall
method. Maintained up-to-date project tracking through detailed project schedules, milestone
check-ins, financial projections, risk assessment and countermeasures, and management of
project scope and alterations.
• Kept stakeholders informed through impactful dashboards, detailed reports, and regular
steering committee meetings.

unit which delivered web and mobile apps in the Middle East and North America.

scratch, worked in pre-sales, managed projects, and provided post project support. Was
responsible for profitability of the BU and was able to increase profitability by 100%.
