In my recent job, I was an appointment scheduler/setter at a house cleaning service company in Philadelphia, PA.
As an order processor in a dropshipping company, I placed orders with different suppliers on behalf of customers. I also had experience receiving calls and outbound calls, reaching out to offer sales to customers.
As a real-time analyst, I was an immediate responder to tickets raised for any issues or emails from clients, and I was assertive when making decisions appropriately. I am also good with Excel files for data entry or listings and doing admin tasks.
