I am a multidisciplinary professional with a strong foundation in Education, Research, Marketing, ESG Analysis, and Business Development, leveraging over a decade of diverse experience across both the social impact and private sectors. My journey began with a degree in Education, where I cultivated a passion for learning, teaching, and knowledge transfer. Over time, I expanded into research and experiential marketing, building expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, consumer insights, branding, and cooperative management.

As an ESG Analyst, I focus on helping organizations align their strategies with sustainable practices by integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance principles into business operations. I create compelling thought-leadership content, design ESG frameworks, and develop actionable strategies that enable companies to improve performance while contributing to long-term impact. This specialty allows me to support organizations remotely, offering research-based insights, reporting, and advisory services that meet global sustainability standards.

In parallel, I am an entrepreneur and business development advisor. Through EaxyPro Professional Services, I provide cooperative management, corporate advisory, and organizational development support, while also building ventures such as Lyray Clothier Services (branding and promotional solutions) and Fatmo Ready-to-Eat Pepper Sauce (food and FMCG innovation). Each venture reflects my ability to identify market needs, build sustainable solutions, and drive growth through creativity and strategic execution.

My social impact journey is equally significant. As the Founder of Share Kindness Foundation, I have led community empowerment programs for over a decade, from organizing orphanage outreaches to developing skills acquisition programs for youths and women. This work reflects my belief that empowerment, knowledge-sharing, and innovation are key to social and economic progress.
