For 1 year and 3 months, I've handled customer service through school career advisory, social media marketing, and school campaigning. In school career advisory, I usually talk with students who have a hard time choosing the career paths that they want to take or are currently taking on. I advertise services and events that the school provides or showcases through the local school page. School campaigning is more focused on fieldwork and it happens when I visit schools within and outside the city to communicate with guidance counselors, principals, and/or teachers to conduct career guidance to their graduating students (students entering senior high school and college). Completed daily reports of expenses for marketing – career orientation seminars conducted in target schools, to pursue engagement with parents, students, and potential school partners. For more or less 5 months, I've worked as part of the IT Faculty. Database management is my forte in educating my IT students. I've handled a systematic grading system and transitioned course material and applied technological options for online and course-related software for Information Management and Enterprise Architecture.
