I may be newer to the field, but I've put in the work to make sure I'm ready. Through dedicated mock practice sessions, I've trained myself to handle real-world customer support scenarios, managing complaints, answering inquiries, de-escalating frustrated customers, and finding solutions that actually make sense for the person on the other end.

Those practice runs taught me more than just the technical side of things. They taught me how to stay calm, think on my feet, and treat every customer like they matter, because they do. I've learned how to turn a frustrated customer into a satisfied one, and an overwhelmed one into a relaxed one.

I work with tools like Zendesk, ChatGPT, Freshdesk etc, and I'm bilingual — fluent in English and conversational in French — so I can connect with a wider range of customers without any friction.

I'm not just here to close tickets. I'm here to make sure your customers walk away feeling heard, helped, and genuinely taken care of. That's the standard I hold myself to.
