Task: The Company is a Hotel Supplier that specializes exhibitions, conferences, awards night,
meetings and etc. in London. We partner with them to help out their delegates or participants find the
best hotel near the venue. It also benefits the organizers to reduce their workload and they will
receive commission. I do research and generate potential lead and contact them directly.
What I do is I reach out to the organizers and convince them to partner with us for a specific
event. Once they agree, I will create a proposal and send it to them through email. Also I reach out
to the exhibitors who is attending to the event to get their preferred hotel or budget and organized
their stay in London.

Task: Inbound - We receive calls from DSRs (Direct Sales Representative) and Third Party Vendors
who wants to enter customer’s order, reschedule appointment, reboot equipment, send trouble calls,
activating equipment, answering inquiries (such as bills, status of account etc).
Chat – Same thing with inbound, however we just communicate through chat and not voice.
Back office – We enter orders that customer made through online and we work on the
unserviceable areas. Usually we communicate with our construction team and we will check if area
can be serviced or not. We also do outbound calls to verify customer’s information before creating
their profile and run credit check.
