I do research and generate potential lead and contact them directly. What I do is I reach out to the organizers and convince them to partner with us for a specific event. Once they agree, I will create a proposal and send it to them through email. Chat – Same thing with inbound, however we just communicate through chat and not voice. Back office – We enter orders that customer made through online and we work on the unserviceable areas. Usually we communicate with our construction team and we will check if area can be serviced or not. We also do outbound calls to verify customer’s information before creating their profile and run credit check.
