Duties and Responsibilities
Direct and control all accounting, financial and reporting activities and ensure it complies with company policy and financial
laws.
Direct the development and implementation of proper control systems to safeguard the Company's assets and to effectively
monitor operations.
Establish a budgeting process, formulate strategic and long term plans to enhance the financial position of the organization.
Prepare monthly financial statements with all the notes and analyses required by management.
Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
Ensure that all financial and accounting procedures are based on International Standards.
