Created a universal calendar service from scratch. It displays trades data including user and firm roles, procedure info, control dates, event
statuses, event groupings etc. I designed the db allowing an easy extension to include new event types, and wrote queries to be speedy and
steady.
Seamlessly removed several legacy microservices from the system. Those were all tightly interconnected with other services through several
types of links (JSON-RPC of several types, REST, direct database access, cron scripts through db-exchanger, RabbitMQ-based messages).
Successfully refactored and optimized a lot of code in a dozen services written by generations of programmers having various skill levels and
technology inclinations.
Debugged a huge convoluted legacy code that spread around several services written inconsistently and based on several frameworks including
Symfony and Zend.
Successfully influenced a lot of technical and non-technical think-tanks having improved the decision-making process.

Created an integration with Cainiao (AliExpress) trading platform (first time in Russia at that level which demanded coordination with a
Chinese team). This project made the company the main logistics center for AliExpress. Another integration allowed the company sell goods
through the AE platform.
Developed new modules including a stuff productivity statistics, a routing algorithm for logistics center workers, a customer call bases creation
tool based on around 70 filters, and a parser for Yandex Market (a top Russian retail aggregator).
Refactored, extended and debugged a complex Warehouse Management System (top second fulfillment operator in Russia, achieved that
status in 2 years after the start).
Rewrote a filtering and sorting system for a content management system making the interface 10+ times faster.
Created several systems improving the working experience of content management, fiscal, warehouse and supply departments including a
system for managing postal barcodes that proved easily extensible for a different country a couple of years later. That took only one day to
successfully run it.
