Dear Sirs and Madams,

I identify myself with the customer service environment as well as with the sales field.

I am a strong believer that customer service is the core of the business. For me the most grateful point is that customers consider me like an expert and often approach to me for an advice.

 As I look towards new horizons, I thrive on challenging myself, and I enjoy achievements. I am a team player and resourceful. Functioning outside of my comfort zone is a normal occurrence for me because I am convinced that it facilitates the learning process and leads to the generation of new ideas. I am sure that I can significantly contribute to this new project and assist service in adjusting demands of the future.
