With more than 10 years of experience in administrative jobs, I presented excellent reports using Microsoft Office applications. In MS Excel, I used formulas and formatting, inserted charts and graphs, and made a database. In MS Word, I inserted tables, charts, graphs, and pictures. In MS Powerpoint, I prepared slides with pictures and animation.
I am also skillful in email handling (including drafting of email reply letters), and managing incoming calls of inquiry and follows-ups, internet research, data entry, and transcription. I have a good grasp at Gmail and email etiquette, Facebook Page, and Canva.
