I am a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science graduate with over a decade of experience in the BPO industry, beginning in 2010, and have been working as a Virtual Assistant since 2022. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience in various customer service fields including telecommunications, financial services, insurance, healthcare, and e-commerce. I’ve had the privilege of supporting both American and Australian clients, adapting seamlessly to different markets and communication styles.
