As a former communications officer, I have mastered social media management and led my team in managing the the Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts of our department. By creating appealing graphics, writing engaging posts and captions and posting real time updates/posts, we had increased the awareness of the public on our mission of providing social protection to the poor and gained support from our stakeholders.
Having completed an intensive virtual assistant training, my skills in social media management along creating appealing graphics using Canva and scheduling posts using Buffer and Hootsuite have been enhanced.
With my improved skills, I can now provide more quality work in a timely manner along social media management and other administrative tasks that you may require.
