I hold an Associate degree in Business Administration from Saint Michael’s College of Laguna and bring years of experience in various client-facing roles. My career started in the retail and service industry, where I worked as a cashier and receptionist. From there, I advanced to roles in sales and account receivables, handling customer transactions, preparing statements, and coordinating with sales teams. Most recently, I worked as a Brand Ambassador for San Miguel Inc., where I communicated with clients and promoted products and services—strengthening my communication, organization, and customer service skills.
