Currently, I'm working as a Customer Service Representative, responsible for answering and resolving advanced product technical-support questions received from customers. Assist customers with remote installation of new or rebuild existing computers configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, and storage, among others.

Also, I have fourteen (14) years of vast experience in Admin Support, I can highly confidently say that i am equipped and able to meet your required tasks in a timely and excellent manner. I am available to work forty (40) hours a week or even more if there is a call for it. I am a person who is exposed in a fast-paced environment and open for more learnings.
