Customer service is all about expectations. An employee that offers a fast response or a personal service is setting up an expectation. That is what I do. I make sure that every job I do is beyond what is expected of me. Providing excellent service is one of my strengths.
It was not easy, years of honing my skills and working in different environments paved the way for me and thought me the skills needed from me. Though I am at an advanced level in my field of service, I still work hard and train hard to develop myself even further and be up to date.
I have been at an entry level and have worked my way up as a supervisor in my previous jobs.
