I have been in the BPO industry for approximately 14 years now. I had been in different positions and tried different scopes of work such as Technical Support, Customer Service which cater to almost everything in the Customer Service side including billing. I had a few Sales and Appointment setting experiences and some Lead Generation, too.
I am currently employed in a BPO Company for almost 5 years now. And I just got promoted as Team Lead in an account that supports the Network Operations Center. I do team lead tasks as well as agent tasks.
