My name is Evan Graceshelle Duan. I have professional experience working as a Customer Service Representative for 1 year and 9 months, where I was assigned to various areas such as payments, retail, and outbound calls. During this time, I developed strong communication skills and learned how to effectively assist customers with empathy, patience, and attention to detail. This role gave me valuable insight into handling different types of people and situations, helping me grow both professionally and personally.

One of the things I enjoy most is listening to others. I’ve always found that people naturally come to me when they need someone to talk to or confide in. I believe this quality has helped me become a better communicator and problem solver. I’m also a very observant person, which allows me to notice the little things that others might miss—whether it’s a customer’s unspoken concern or a small detail that can make a big difference in service.

Aside from my work experience, I consider myself an adventurous person. I enjoy trying new things and stepping out of my comfort zone. This adventurous spirit also reflects in the way I handle work and life—I like being proactive, open-minded, and adaptable.

Currently, I am a full-time mom, and it’s a role I genuinely love and take pride in. Being a mom has taught me even more about patience, multitasking, and resilience. It has also shown me how important it is to find a job that not only provides stability but also supports my responsibilities at home. That’s why I value work that allows flexibility while still offering a meaningful contribution. For me, this type of work is ideal—it lets me pursue my passion for helping others while staying close to my child.
