I am a graduate of Information Technology major in Software Programming. I have almost 10 years experience working in both home based and office based job. I have expertise in Web Scraping, Web Research, Data Entry, Data Encoding, Form-filling, Data Mining and Data Processing and can type 65 to 70 words per minute.
My most recent job was compiling and cleaning bulk leads according to clients parameters and part time job on website product posting. Did some research and collect correct information online. Made some formula on Microsoft excel to make my work easier and accurate. Also worked as Home based Web Scraper or Data Researcher. I collect lists of company's contacts like CEO, President and Owners including company website, contact numbers and active emails in LinkedIn then input it on Google spreadsheet. I searched for prospect companies for my boss' business, specifically e-commerce companies and HVAC companies. And then I was promoted as Inbox Manager. I managed emails of our clients and sorting and then sending bulk emails to our prospects everyday or do email outreach. At the same time I managed leads of our List builders.
Also worked as Home based Data Entry Specialist Team Leader/Trainer of 15 people, in a company based in Czech Republic. What we do is we collect and update company information in our system, most especially collecting correct company information and active emails in LinkedIn and other necessary websites and input in Agile CRM. I also have a script that I made and software that I use to make sure that the emails I collect are valid and active to avoid bounce or invalid sending of emails.
I also worked as Virtual Assistant in an electrical repair company based in Australia for three years. What I do there is more on admin works, E-mailing customers/clients regarding job orders, assist them with their concerns and update work schedule of our electricians and their appointments. Worked as purchaser on the same company using Xero, call suppliers with electrical parts and appliance parts that we need and then placing the order. Prior to this I was a Virtual Assistant/Transcriber and SRT jobs in a Transcription company based in Australia and Remote Desktop Support/Chat Support Representative in a computer repair company based in Pennsylvania. Also worked as a Supervisor, Lead Generation Manager, Quality Analyst/Assurance (Australian Account) in which I listen to agent sales call and validating it, Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative in a Cable account in an office based BPO Company.
