I am a mom of two who has mastered multitasking and time organizing. Aside from being able to take care of both of my children, I am also able to do household chores and work efficiently. I am also a Mom Influencer, we review products and share our experiences to co-mommies. I believe I am good with customer service and making sure that my callers are highly satisfied with the requests they have before ending a call. I am also good with selling since I have handled an AT&T account, I always passed all the metrics and some time get an extra bonus for passing. There was once a call I had where the customer is extremely mad because the bill went high due to accidentally calling an international number, I reviewed all the charges and have requested for it to be removed since the customer is disputing. After giving the good news to the customer I made sure to explain what exactly happened and how to avoid it from happening again and from that the customer was very happy with the resolution I was able to provide.
