Eunha Yun

Having recently graduated from KCL with a Distinction grade MA in International Relations, I am currently seeking an exciting role in which to apply the skills I have previously gained.

During my studies, I also worked as a Research Assistant for Project Alpha. My role involved researching open-source intelligence (OSINT) on North Korean institutions, analysing illicit maritime trade related to the implementation of UN sanctions, and writing reports for clients based on the information. Managing both my master’s and this role simultaneously was challenging, but drastically improved my time management and organisational skills which I can transfer to future projects.

Since graduating, I have worked as a Journalist in a subscription-based news service reporting on the European economy. My duties involved writing financial updates on listed corporations and finding related data such as press release, monetary policy announcements and statistics, then selecting the necessary information to produce news articles on a daily basis, requiring both excellent communication with colleagues and the ability to work under pressure.
