It was quickly noticed in the industry and was offered various mergers, partnerships, acquisition among other opportunities. To continually grow and fulfill it's mission and vision; Enambiz Solutions has been offering its services to any clients who wishes to outsource a portion of their business. Eugene has over 16 years of experience in the Outsourcing and Offshoring industry, delivering outstanding customer experiences and result driven management methodology has become second nature.

Having worked through different levels in an outsourcing organizational structure from his humble beginnings as a call center agent, Eugene gained expertise in balancing operational delivery with technology.

Eugene with his colleagues’ developed strategies for various industries that minimizes costs without sacrificing quality service. Eugene thrives in challenges especially those involving management, human resources, and digitally-focused to best practices for its customers.
