My name is Etimbuk Etim Usoh and I am a friendly and diligent individual with over four years of experience in proofreading, transcription and administrative and clerical tasks.
I have interpersonal and communication skills in explaining needed changes to the team members and executives. I have also learned that I am extremely comfortable with being independent and providing only the highest quality of work with minimal supervision.
I am skilled in proofreading, customer relations, email and phone support, planning, transcribing, error correction, syntax and linguistics skills. I am also familiar with many remote tools such as Hubspot, Microsoft Teams and Google Suite to mention but a few.
I am also a very quick learner and catch on to new systems and programs with ease. I am highly motivated to progress in my career and eager to grow and succeed in every position I hold.
