▪ Able to use tools such as Helium10, Keepa, and other software. 

▪ Content management of social media sites and/or websites connected with the Amazon business.

▪ Email marketing campaigns via ActiveCampaign or Mailchimp.

▪ Promotions using ClickFunnels and ThriveCart.

▪ Proficient in Productivity Tools (i.e. Trello, Asana, Slack, Calendly, Acuity, and LastPass)

▪ Proficient in Canva (i.e. graphics, newsletters, presentations, etc.)

▪ Basic video editing/creation using iMovie, Filmora, and Canva.

▪ High interpersonal skills are widely used in customer service support.

▪ I’m detail-oriented and a fast learner who’s willing to learn a new skill, platform, or software.
