My name is Etan, I'm an experienced teacher, writer and performer based in Toronto, Canada. I have written for television, narrative video games, live theatre, sketch comedy and the CBC online. As a writer I am fast, precise, versatile, engaging and can blend intelligence, humour, emotion and detail seamlessly. In addition to writing I have worked as an educator for 15 years, teaching improv, sketch comedy, team building, public speaking and screenwriting to children, adults and professionals. I am an experienced team leader, serving as as Artistic Director of the Bad Dog Comedy Theatre, as well as director on dozens of performance based projects for stage and screen. I have also worked extensively as a performer for film and television, as well as live comedy, including 2 years in the main stage ensemble at the Second City in Toronto. I hold an honours degree in English from McGill University.
