I have been working as a customer service/ technical support/sales/billing representative for 8 years now. I am passionate in everything I do and always aims for excellence. Hard work, perseverance and dedication is what makes me achieve my goal. I have dealt with different clients and have been promoted from a CSR/TSR to a subject matter expert and eventually to a team lead position. I have worked for various positions yet I make sure I always learn something new and applies this to enhance my skills. I am equipped with customer service, phone, email and chat support skills. I have extensive training in providing customer service and technical support. I also have basic knowledge about billing and sales. I worked with an e-commerce company as a phone, chat, and email support agent. I also handled return, refunds and replacement process.We are also given side tasks such as reponding to negative product feedback, contacting customers for order issues and processing refunds for returned items.
