My professional background started in the academe. I had taught high school students for 4 years then I shifted to BPO. My skills were significantly developed with the diverse positions I have already assumed : from customer service officer to team leader, to trainer, to QA.
My last job was with Groupon UAE ( for the last 5 years). I was the main point of contact for the customer service department. We have voiced, chat and email support. We specifically used Zendesk as the main tool for documentation. We have different sets of macros to provide professional and standard tone to customers.
