I was an Assistant Operations Manager in a BPO industry and I have been working in the industry for 18 years. I am well trained in customer service, sales, and 1st/3rd party collections. My skills are to manage a team or workforce to do an outbound and receive inbound calls from clients/partners or customers, coach and develop skills of tenured and newly hired employees, deliver results based on different reports and answer queries and provide solutions. I am well versed in the English language and secondary in Spanish. My achievements are the Quality and performer awards and recognition being given to my team members which resulted in getting Rank 1 against other companies. I believe that the right attitude towards a goal is the best strategy. Currently, I am working as a virtual paralegal assistant specializing in lawsuit negotiations filed by different loan institutions like credit card companies and banks.
