Helped startups and enterprise companies create integrated Inbound Marketing campaigns from the ground up on
a full-time or project-basis. From conducting market research and building buyer personas, to managing leads,
digital marketing campaigns, email workflows, and product launches, I provided hands-on support to help
businesses grow. Through my expertise in SEO/SEM, I increased website traffic by 500% within 6 months and lead
conversion rates from 1.2% to 6.91% within 3 months for a multi-billion dollar healthcare company, and closed
sales deals and investment rounds upwards of $10M for a commercial real estate software startup. I also helped a
mid-size educational software company migrate from Pardot to HubSpot for better marketing automation and lead
management, and developed an NPS program for their account management team to increase customer retention.
In addition, I helped coordinate their annual conference including building a sophisticated marketing automation
workflow that included conditional form logic for effectively segmenting leads to collect speaker payment
information, and deploy internal notifications to the customer success team when payment info was received.
Finally, I collaborated with 3rd party PR and marketing agencies, hired and trained internal marketing, sales, and
customer support teams with upwards of 50 people reporting to me, and developed and documented processes to
scale content, marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and customer support in an agile way by using automation.
