I have secondary subjects in Biology, Geology and Law. I also have a Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning (GradDipTchLn (Primary)). I have been teaching for seven years. In this time I have gained excellent time management skills. Teaching has been a great way to gain a wide range of general knowledge on many topics. Work Experience: Waipara School- While working at Waipara School I have demonstrated an ability to work well with colleagues. I was a team player, working collaboratively with other to complete projects. Through this job I gained skills in writing lesson plans and communicating through text, visual presentations and images. I can write texts in a range of genres, formal to blogging. Teaching has many transferrable skills. I am an active listener. Complex problem solving is a strength of mine.
