This has led to increase of students’ enrolment by 44% and consequently increased the revenues by 18% within a 3-year period. Creates effective project management in the organization by providing leadership in project conceptualization, initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Successfully managed a project portfolio of over 50 projects worth over USD 11 million in the last 3 years. Improves the performance of the organization towards realizing its goals and objectives through technical support to the organization’s budgetary process, effective performance management and effective communication of goals, objectives and strategies to over 150 members of staff.
