I am a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, Human Resource Associate, and Content Writer with experience supporting full-cycle recruitment, HR operations, and creating clear, engaging written content for hiring and employer branding purposes. I combine people operations expertise with strong communication and writing skills to support effective talent attraction and engagement.

In my recruitment and HR roles, I support end-to-end hiring processes including job posting, talent sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and offer management. I work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates efficiently. I am proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, virtual sourcing platforms, and HRIS tools to identify and engage top-tier talent, particularly within technical and administrative roles.

Beyond recruitment, I contribute to HR and recruitment-focused content writing, including job descriptions, employer branding content, internal HR communications, onboarding materials, and policy documentation. My ability to translate complex role requirements and HR processes into clear, engaging written content improves candidate experience, internal communication, and overall hiring outcomes.

I also support core HR functions such as onboarding coordination, HR documentation, performance management support, compliance tracking, and employee engagement initiatives. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing documentation and data while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Previously, I completed a structured Talent Acquisition Trainee program, gaining practical exposure to recruitment strategy, employment law fundamentals, HR policy drafting, onboarding processes, and compliance documentation. Earlier in my career, I worked as Administrative officer where I strengthened my skills in communication, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Adekunle Ajasin University and professional training in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. My academic background has enhanced my analytical thinking and structured approach to problem-solving, which I apply in both recruitment and content creation.
