Optimize production performance and increase productivity through the implementation of best practice skills.
Manage daily production meetings/scheduling, controlling and managing the day to day production levels on the shop floor,
to ensure that the targets are achieved and chair weekly review/planning production meetings with all key stakeholders. Manage
a skilled team of supervisors and operatives, including scheduling shift work, reporting back to the MD. Responsible for the factory
site and a team of 5 managers and 12 direct engineers.
GEFCO ‐ Corporate Overseas Operations-
Coordinating and directing operations of 73 worldwide maritime technical agents and 3 direct engineers included on the project.
Analysis of historical data for measuring internal performance indicators. Acquired and supervised data control management
for the automated system for continuous improvement analysis and KPI performance tracking. Update and create new
and improved corporate procedures for maritime logistics department (data management and analysis) methods
Medtronic Diabetes ‐ Manufacturing Engineer-
Track and improve current manufacturing processes. MRB member to analyze and determine quality areas of improvement.
Improve advances statistical techniques (DOE, Gage R&R, FMEA and SPC). Maintain control of production lines and process quality
standard assurance. Perform capability analysis and ANOVA testing. Direct manager of 300 direct laborers in 2 different shifts
and 3 direct report engineers.
C&D Zodiac Aerospace ‐ Manufacturing Engineer-
Works cooperatively with R&D, Process Development, Quality Control, Production Control departments on complex military
