Email Filtering & Cleanup: I ensure that inboxes are clutter-free by managing junk
mail, archiving outdated messages, and keeping the focus on relevant
correspondence.

tasks from the day before, ensuring no task is left behind. I also prioritize and
block time for deep work, urgent meetings, and ongoing projects.
Personal & Work-Life Balance: I design schedules that balance work tasks with
personal time, integrating meal breaks, exercise, family time, and learning. This
holistic approach ensures clients stay productive without sacrificing work-life
balance.
Weekly Planning: I facilitate weekly planning sessions, syncing priorities for the
upcoming week and helping clients stay on top of goals and deadlines.
